K. J. TAYLOR LAW, LLC

I am a lifelong resident of Brevard County. I was born in Orlando and raised on Merritt Island.  I graduated from Merritt Island High School in 1989. I attended the University of Central Florida and obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies in 1993.  I then obtained my Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, DE in 1997.  After law school, I began my career at the Brevard County Public Defender's Office and then transitioned to the Office of the State Attorney where I served for over 18 years.

I have recently completed my three year term as an investigative member of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee.

However, I am most proud to be the mother of my two children.  My son and daughter-in-law live in Virginia and my daughter attends Florida State University.

My goal is to help clients solve disputes with dignity and grace, while looking out for the well-being of children, with civility and courtesy to all parties.
